In two creative and collaborative days, you’ll learn how to facilitate the development a Minimum Viable Product in just 3 weeks so that you can evaluate your start-up idea. Coaches Sammy De Moor & Dean Bodart will show you how to run lean validation experiments, do scoping workshops and ultimately build an MVP in no time at a low cost. Together, we'll maximize your Software Investment
You will learn how to pre-validate business or feature ideas before you spend weeks, months or even years and fortunes on building something that doesn’t add any value. You’ll learn how the deliver MVP’s accurately and fast, whilst keeping the costs incredibly low.
With an ARQS Membership account, you will have access to our online community. Here we store and update all materials related to your course. All materials and updates will remain highly available online for at least a year after attending the course. Throughout this platform, you will also gain free access to any future ARQS business events, which is an ideal opportunity to connect with likeminded people.
Given you enrolled for a Class & Coach trajectory, then
you may enjoy additional coaching on site°° up to 8 hours per enrolment, after attending the course.
This includes (but is not restricted to) personal training to efficiently apply or introduce the concepts you have learned into your own working environment.
°° In case your working environment is located outside a 100km radius of our headquarters, additional travel costs, terms or conditions may be applied or negotiated depending on the situation.
In Belgium, Small businesses (1-50 employees): Can recover a maximum of 40% of the program amount. (Max 10,000 €)
Medium-sized enterprises (1-250 employees) can recover a maximum of 30% of the program amount. (Max 15,000 €)
Request and receive subsidies:
First select a course of your choice, then request your subsidy. The application procedure must be fully completed within 14 days before the start of the program. The “request” may be completed perfectly before you received our invoice. You do not have to wait for your subsidy.
The cost of the catering can be subsidized for a maximum of 25 € per person per training day. The training material and other costs cannot be subsidized.
